How to test skin dermis by skin analyzer?

As we know different color light in nature with different length wave and penetrating power.
Different color light under camera can see different skin layer, during this monment can see skin epidermis and skin dermis layer.
Pores block mostly cause swell, that's blackhead and acne, under UV light can see the color will bee red with some yellow.
It is biological nature, easy to recognize under camera with UV light.
