Derma shine pro application and setting guidance

 Derma shine pro setting and usage on screen, including needle install will be same on 3rd generation.

Vacuum setting

The vacuum relative to pushing power. In usual higher vacuum cause deeper damage and bigger needle spot. In general, the hyaluronic acid and liquid injection setting on 2-3. But if more sticky serum need to raise vacuum to create stronger power pushing into skin.

Dosage setting

Dosage setting and full capacity. Such as using 5CC syringe serum. Setting valuum 0.01ml each shot. Then 5ml serum support 500 shots. In general one facial doing about 300 shots.

Injection Model

Auto-sensing, auto dose, dose, count normal, count slow. Mostly use auto - sensing. Do not need to hit padder or control speed. The motor control as most people feedback. Once needle touch skin will produce vacuum to lift skin up. After needle inject dosage will release vacuum and pulling needle out. That calls a shot.

Using shot by shot model should combine with pedal. Needle touch skin cause vacuum, hit pedal the needle will inject to skin.

Needle setting

The adjustable 32G 9pin needle length 0.2mm to 2.0mm. In general needle length setting 1mm for scalp injection and forehead injection. For facial treatment mostly setting on 1.2mm. Some doctors also setting 0.8mm on scalp treatment. But once needle length less than 1.0mm will easy cause leakage because part of needle tip still on plastic part do not entering skin.

There are also other needle type. Such as settle needle length needle, 34G 9pin needle and needle with silicone. The settle length needle and needle with silicone have better sealing. Which means vacuum offer stronger suction power and cause bigger skin damage and spot. In usual for more sticky serum use.

Filter

Filter use to prevent dirty serum or blood comming into machine body to damage machinery.

Derma shine pro installation

On machine back with different connection as below. The cooling hammer is independent work do not connect with machine.

The machine handle have special buckle to fit needle. The plastic vacuum tube one head connect with needle. Another hand connect with fiter. Then filter connect with vacuum pipe and insert to machine behind vaccum air suction. Then create full vacuum circulation. Most mesotherapy gun using same vacuum circulation method and buckle.

Cooling hammer

The cooling hammer do not connect with machine. Usually to do skin clam down after injection treatment. Temperature from 4℃ to 43 ℃

Auto Sensing

 

It is automatic working model. Once needle touch skin, motor will recognize and offer vacuum to lift skin up. And then needle automatic insert into right deep skin to release dosage. After finish injection, vacuum release and needle pulling out. We call it as one shot. over 90% injection will come with this model. Especially for whole facial and scalp injection.

 

Tythm injection

 

This model working with pedal without vacuum. Mostly for aesthetic doctors use only. For Botox or other single needle type working. Once needle touch skin could hit the pedal to offer a shot.

 

Manual shot

 

Comparing with auto sensing it is more like control everything by operators. Once needle touch skin the motor also recognize and offer vacuum to lift skin up. During this monment hit pedal then needle will insert into skin and offer dosage. Even vacuum already lift skin up, if do not hit the pedal, needle won’t insert and offering dosage. In usual for small area treatment.

Needle setting

 

Needle length is setting on needle but not on machine.  Only needle length over 1.0mm could ensure without leakage. If setting 0.8mm for eyes or scalp, may have a litte dosage drops. But result same. General needle max depth 2.0mm. Setting 1.2mm for facial.

Injection type

 

Generation 9pin needle for hyaluronic acid use hydro and continuous. The drop, scalp, lipo, PRP, filler and toxin use single needle. It requires must doctor have license to operate it. So in general the market do not offer single needle for hycoox injector.
