Beierplasm needle only use copper type at the begining, one size for option. But a lot clients ask about different type and size for other treatment. The previous needle for treatment, other needle for other serum delivery assist. Plasma lift working principle is using high frequency sine wave to burn skin spot. Depending on skin regeneration ability could build new structure and reach wrinkle remove effect.

Treatment selection needle

Eyelid lifting, wrinkle remove and stretch marks remove only use one size thin copper needle. Copper material allow to bend the needle so that fit doctors' using habit. As a lot clients feedback they need different functional needle, so we add it. However the copper needle still the most suitable comsumable for plasma lift treatment.

Beierplasm needle

Ibeier plasma lift in total 24 power level suitable for different treatment, we recommend level 2 plus 200Hz frequency as wrinkle remove and eyelid lifting treatment
Beierplasm needle For pigment remove should use level 1 200Hz - 500Hz. Bigger needle or copper needle available. Higher power could cause skin burn too much. If lower can not reach carbinization temperature. Depending on treatment location different.
Acupuncture massage level 3 25Hz will be find. Bigger power could make customers feel unconfortable. Some doctors have their own power setting, they prefer to use regular energy as regularly. So above recommend only basic on a machine manufacturer's advise. Because it is medical machine, we require who operate machine with doctor or nurse lisence. Of course we will provide Medical CE ClassII ( LVD + EMC + SAFETY) report.
Copper needle is disposable, each piece only one time use. But other needle is  not consumable could repeat use. In further order please mention it we will provide one set different needle for test. Could order seperatly in furthers. Besides, copper needle as below been through sterilzied. But the other needle without sterilize because allow repeat use.

Portable skin analyzer working principle

portable skin analyzer K19 also named skin observed system. It is using different light with different penetration and wave legth to get different skin layer picture. Through comparing those picture with standard picture on databse to get report.

Beierplasm lift pen operation a little different as other plasma lift pens. Only the continuous working mode could save time and operation steps. K85 offer 3 voltage output and 8 freqeuncy.

Level 2 and 200Hz

Besides, PCB is the main accessories of one machine, K29 and K85 jett plasma use totally different PCB and setting. New machine more portable so that better to hold. If machine keep enough power supplement the battery capacity have to reach 800mHA at least. Finally we found a portable and high quality battery supplier, offer 850HA. After thousand times test we use it as power of new K85 beierplasm.
Two machine only working principle plasma sine wave and needle keep same, everything is different.

Beierplasm K85

Beierplasm actually is a plasma pen, it is working by real plasma sine wave but not electronic energy. Through adjusting the frequency and voltage output to get different level plasma energy. Previous a lot "plasma" in the market, part of it is electronic machine and part of it is plasma machine.
We set in total 8 frequency level and 3 voltage output because country different.
Same energy output will cause different energy in different country since the altitude, temperature and moisture different.
It is one of the reason why we make 8 frequency in total.
Even in same province in China, we test 1800V and 50Hz in Shenzhen get enough power, however back to Guangzhou it is too weak

Plexr pen 2018 model

Plexr pen 2018 with new development model change 12V 1A into 5V 2A.

Each time upgrade aimed at solve problem.

Previous model fire could 2.58KW it is very big and cause too much hurt. After treatment client take very long term to recover.

Since March 2018 change the power to 1.68KW and the power too weak to reach treatment purpose. Cuase the temperature and moisture different, the fire shooting cuase about 100W different.

So since 6 July we start to develop the output change to 5V 2A. It is help to protect transformer.

At the same time set two power level at 1.48KW and 2.02KW

It is

standard version until now suitable to both wrinkle remove and neoplasm remove use.

Plexr pen 2018

Mostly this kind of pen only apply on EURO cause starting on UK for eyelid use. In China it is use to remove neoplasm. Since first client from UK ask us about plexr we still not understand what is it. Cause we call it plasma pen on our hand.  One of client from London ask if it could be wrinkle remove use, we were not sure.

Then this client bought one on 2016 and test it. Then tell us it is workable.

We start to research and do develop to get the 2.0 version and change 967 battery and input way, including PCB organization to get stable energy.

Even it is small machine, however the energy output very huge. The transformer have to strong enough to stand the high frequency. 2.0 version only use 48KHz also easy to burn machine. After long tem use machine may heating and need a rest.

Until 5V 2A widly apply and test many diferent kind of transformer then get a stable version.

K29 a little heavy and big size not very compatible on handhold. We planing to get a more portable and stable version to make exclusive market in EURO. Rechargeable battery is big size hard to fit in small appearnace. It is one of important issue need to settle.

After those technique problem settle we maight offer new opportunity within 2018.

In past history surgery, previous surgery using knife easy to cause bleeding, especially sesity organs surgery. So doctors use plasma machine to cut skin and doing surgery to avoid huge bleeding at the sametime soon recover.

Until a few years ago someone change the energy use it as skin spot removal use, such as spot, skin neoplasm remove etc.

Since 2015 we found some feedback from EURO about eyelid, that is the begining of plasma pen development.

Plasma pen explaination

The 1st generation

That time we tought it was for spot remove so only call it spot removal pen, print ” Maglev” on the machine body even use the wooden case with only one LED light. The output waveform by sine wave and output voltage is 8V.

Two power level could be perfect wrok for spot remove.

The 2nd generation plexr pen

Slovakian people made the first plexr pen and many EURO countries know this pen even in very high cost, a lot clients ask if our pen could do same way. However we can’t answer this  question cause our dedvelopment only for mole dot remove.

After some UK clients bought it and try, they send us treatment picture and say it is work great. At that time we know it could work for eyelid and wrinkle remove also. In order to better work on details part wirnkles, we make it into two LED light and rebuild the PCB.

The 3rd generation plasma pen explaination

Wrinkle remove and eyelid always took so long and big energy. After long term use the PCB get warm and we got some feedback about machine burn. So February – April, 2018 even a lot regualr distributors want to place order urgently, we don’t sell it. That’s machine upgrade time. We rebuild the new circuit board, use best transformer to avoid machine burning problem. Ajust the output voltage and frequency, change sine wave by square wave. Until end of April finnaly get stable and durable working machine. That’s the 3rd generation pen.

In order to answer all clients question clearly, we prepare simple lab video and specification could share to others, could email us ask it.

sheet mask by hyaluronic acid for hydrating use

Sheet mask introduction
